Refund policy
All sales of digital downloads are final. However, refunds are available in the following circumstances:-
- The item is faulty.
- You have bought the same item twice by mistake and can prove this.

If you have bought your downloads as part of a promotional offer, you will be given the offer price as a refund or may choose an alternative.
