You will receive a non-exclusive seamless digital pattern tile, 300 dpi JPEG. This size is suitable for textile printing, card making, scrapbooking and other crafts. You will receive an instant download. No physical item is shipped. All licenses are non-exclusive and will be sold to multiple buyers. The design is flat without layers. This file can be sent to your printer who can resize it to your desired size. Please note that any mock ups are a preview and are not true to size.

This seamless pattern design comes with a non-exclusive commercial pattern license (up to 500 uses.) The licence is suitable for commercial use such as fabric printing.

COMMERCIAL LICENCE UNDER 500 ITEMS/METRES (Included):
- This licence is suitable for a small business or a fabric company for seasonal printing.
- The basic commercial licence gives you limited usage, up to 500 items or metres.
- You are allowed to print physical items for sale (fabrics, shirts, tumblers, water bottles, mugs, blankets, curtains, stationery and etc.)

You are not allowed to:-

- Upload onto any Print on Demand (POD) or fulfilment sites including but not limited to Zazzle, Spoonflower, Redbubble, Teepublic, Printful, Printify, Gelato and so on.

- Use any elements of the design as a clipart.

- Sell on the design or claim as your own artwork.

All images and designs including their copyright and ownership rights in which the images are stored, remain the sole and exclusive property of Dottie Duo Designs which encompasses Duo Designed Studio and Dottie Designs. The design is not to be amended in any way by the purchaser. The purchaser is not allowed to resell the design to another company or claim that he/she designed it. Elements within any design may be reused in future designs by Dottie Duo Designs. Dottie Duo Designs is allowed to sell the design on other platforms such as Spoonflower, RedBubble, Creative Market etc.

Creation: Dottie Duo Designs cannot be held responsible for printing errors. Colours may vary depending on the type of fabric printer. Refunds are not available due to the nature of the purchase. However if once purchased, there is any issue, please let us know immediately so that we can assist.

If the purchaser breaches this agreement, legal actions may be taken.
